So easy to draw a very thin line or a thicker one, but also easy to make corrections too, unlike some of the liners that glide almost too easily. Never irritated my eyes which is a challenge in my case. No need to sharpen it as you would with pen, and no need to wait for it to dry as it would be with ink. Can be smudged if you like. Plum is my favorite colour - not as stark as black so great for day weare The only issue is that you cannot retract the tip so you only get out as little as you need at a time and never know when you are near the end. Badly thought through dispenser design. I always carry a spare but it is irritating.
