Why has my order been cancelled?

There are several reasons for the cancellation of an order:

· If you chose the payment method by TRANSFER: The order is automatically cancelled after 10 days has been completed and we do not receive the payment.

· If you chose the method of payment by CREDIT CARD: The order is cancelled after several attempts to contact the customer/cardholder to verify or complete the delivery data, without success.

· If you chose the PAYPAL payment method: The order is cancelled after several attempts to contact the customer/cardholder to verify or complete the delivery data, without success. Or also, for lack of payment coverage.

PayPal offers protection for both buyers and sellers. In these cases, PayPal informs us that, for this transaction, it does not guarantee the protection of the seller (i. e. Perfume's Club). This can be due to different circumstances.

Because of this, we will have to cancel your order. We will refund the full amount of the order to your PayPal account.

If you wish, you can place a new order by choosing a different payment method (payment by credit/debit card, make a bank transfer...).
